Website commission for Plymouth Property Services company

Creating Causes secured a contract to develop a brand new website for Plympton based Property Letting and Services company ‘Property Services SW Ltd’.

Property services manage a large portfolio of residential properties in the Plympton and Plymouth areas, letting the properties, and managing the maintenance contracts on them on behalf of the property owners. They also provide property services – contract maintenance for home owners.

Without a current website, we discussed their requirements and advised them on a suitable new domain name, and looked at various technical possibilities for the new site. We also advised on their current  office broadband set up.

A new dynamic database driven website is currently being developed, for launch by mid October. This new web presence will dramatically increase their exposure locally, gaining them a larger market share in their property portfolio, whilst also pitching them competitively with other property maintenance companies.
