Creating Causes Ltd was established by Roger Hyde who started his career working as a photographer in 1991 before moving into print design, then web publishing in 1995. Since then he was worked throughout the world on web and multimedia projects for small business, large corporations and non-profits.

Editing video recently on the move in Cambodia

• Photography – Starting off with commercial, press and sports photography in the early 90s.
• Desk Top Publishing – Work on computers started in 1994 designing print marketing brochures and postcards.
• Website Design – Roger started learning about and designing websites, initially in html working on commissions from non-profits.
• Multimedia – Flash, Video & Pictures online - Roger worked in Soho London, for a TV post production company from 2000 – 2002, at which time he started working with Flash and publishing video online.
• SEO Search Engine Optimization - In 2002 Roger learned Search Engine Optimization SEO skills whilst working with a colleague in Los Angeles.
• IT – Throughout this time he has worked on many IT projects, establishing secure physical and virtual networks.

It is this combination of artistic ability, combined with firm technical understanding and the length of time Roger has been working on diverse projects throughout the world, that came together with the formation of Creating Causes Ltd in February 2009.
