Since first working professionally as a photographer aged 18, telling stories with still and moving images has been a passion of mine.

Learning the basics with a manual SLR as a child, I combine a sound technical understanding of whatever equipment I’m using, with a great use of light, and an often unusual perspective, to produce surprising and often striking results.

My photography work has been featured in magazines and newspapers worldwide, on websites, book and CD covers. (See this November 2008 Easyjet Inflight magazine article for example).

Being one of the principal photographers at Kadampa Buddhism’s International Festivals worldwide, many pictures I have taken appear in their online diaries.

Many web projects I’m involved in require images I have taken to be used – on Jeff Altman’s website which I designed one of my pictures shot in New York is used in the banner for example. Also, numerous pictures I have taken appear on the Quintessentially Secure website, this page is one example.

Video Capturing and Editing

A demand for rich multimedia content online drew me back into the world of capturing and editing video about 10 years ago, subsequently shooting and editing content for use on websites worldwide.

Capturing in digital high definition video and editing on Mac or PC for quick and high quality turn around and effective launching online brings a video marketing campaign within financial reach of far more businesses.
